PROSPECT: ­"This is Darren." Note: Please write their name down, so you know who you are speaking with. 

YOU: ­Before we officially begin, do you have about 15 minutes for us to conduct a proper interview and also do you have access to a computer and internet at this time to watch a video? If Not, we can re-schedule. We are happy to share information with you. We would just need your undivided attention and a quiet place for us to hear each other.

YOU: Great, i am a national recruiter and trainer for our BENEFIT company and we are still looking for work at home agents.  You need a Computer, a phone, and an active Bank Account for direct deposit. DO you have all (3)?

This is 1099 independent contractor work, ( commission- based ) will that be OK?

I want to explain that we have a 3 step process, we do phone interview, then we give you our official website with video information on our company so you can learn even more and research us, and then we get you registered with us.  I am going to ask you a few questions and then share more with you on our position, OK?   So what brings you on craigslist?

CALLER:  unemployed, need extra income, bored, need to pay off debt, whatever,... let them speak

YOU:   Great, so tell me about your work experience in about 30 seconds... you can be brief

YOU: How much money would you like to earn on a weekly basis?

CALLER:  $500 per week is fine...

YOU: If we could help you do that, and this was the perfect opportunity, how soon could you start?

In other words, what specifically will you be able to do when you have that kind of money coming in that you can’t do today? What would it do for you and your family and How would you feel?

Write it down. YOU: Great. What did you like best and why?

The prospect tells you what they like best and they tell you why. Whatever they say based on the company, agree with them. Example: they like the Emergency Roadside Assistance because they like being on the safe side whenever they’re on the road.

You: I agree with you on that one. I like it for the fact that you have assistance available at all times and it’s only $40 to get started. You have any questions?

YOU: Well, (PROSPECT’S NAME), Let me ask you a simple question. If you were to rate yourself on a scale 1 to 10, One being Not at all interested and Ten being “ I am ready to get started right now” Where do you see yourself? 

[* LISTEN CLOSELY To what they say. You are asking for a number. You didn’t ask if they were curious or serious . So Write down the number they say, It gives you a good gauge and idea as to exactly how interested they are.*] [* HERE’S HOW TO RESPOND TO THEIR NUMBER*] 

→ IF THEY ANSWER 1 THROUGH 5: Say: “ Not a problem (PROSPECT’S NAME). Sounds to me like this is obviously not for you. 

Who do you know who may be interested in a business like this?” (* if they have a Referral for you, write down that person’s name and contact information *) 

→ IF THEY ANSWER 6 THROUGH 8: Say: “ Great, Why are you a (* The number they told you*)? [*Let them tell you what they need in order to make the decision.*Pay Attention closely*]

 → IF THEY ANSWER 9 or 10 Say: “ Excellent! Let me share with you exactly how you get started with our team.” 

*That means “SIGN THEM UP!”. You still may get questions , but obviously they are interested. Get them answers they need and then Enroll them. Walk them through the SIGN UP PROCESS ( Or Sign them up yourself if they are not near a computer.
